Reception
Welcome and thank you for choosing Bahari Beach.
The reception is open 24/7 for any assistance and calls us by pressing 411/401 from your room. Our room water is fresh, there is a Glass flask which you may fill for yourself from the dispensers or advice the room steward to refill it for you or may call the reception .There is free wireless connection all over the hotel, Log in Bahari Wi-Fi and the password is “happiness”. Our animation team posts on daily basis the day and night entertainment program by the main bar. We have our security personnel on the grounds please don’t be afraid in case you meet them.
We have an in house gym free to all our in guests.
Rooms and Laundry Services
To access the room please hold the key card near the sensor after beep ,turn handle to open as indicated , and the card also acts as an activator for the air-condition as you will be demonstrated by your escort. Therooms towels are only applicable in the room and are replenished if you drop the present ones on the floor otherwise leaving them on the rail indicate are still usable.
Our Hotel is eco-friendly and you can assist by placing the green on the bed incase would like beddings to be changed.
Please use the digital safe to secure all your valuables and can activate it by pressing star then 4digits, kindly don’t use your birthdates for it is easily accessible and please remember to leave the safe open.
The DND (do not disturb) card is available at your disposal.
We do have Dark curtains for the rooms, kindly call the reception in case you need a change of the same.
We have Chargeable mini bars in all rooms.
Restaurant And Bars
You are welcome to flavor our delicious meals in any of the three restaurants available at your disposal. The main restaurant serves the meals in buffet setting so you can choose as per your liking .Breakfast is served from 0730 to 1000hrs but you can book early breakfast at the reception .Lunch begins from 1230 to 1400hrs while dinner is 1930 to 2130hrs
Sitting arrangement in the restaurant is as per your room number but incase wishes to sit outside you are welcome to any vacant table and please note no table reservation.Kisiwani is our Italian restaurant serving pizza and pasta free for All-inclusive clients and its opened during lunch and dinner times but closed on Mondays .Wabaharia is our sea food restaurant and also act as our ala- carte restaurant . You can book reservation with the captain or our chef at the main restaurant
The smoking areas are outside the restaurant and harts are not allowed at all times.
There are three bars where you can enjoy your drinks namely Main bar, peponi and mikoko bar opened from 1000hrs to 2300hrs.
For all inclusive guests you can order any local alcoholic on glass from any barman or waiter, any bottled drinks are chargeable and can pay direct or bill your room and pay later. You will be required to sign bills for accountability purposes each time you make an order.
The dispense bar is opened from 11pm and any order is chargeable regardless of the meal plan.
Pool
At the pool, our pool attendant will assist placing your pool bed at any vacant space of your choice, where you will have the pleasure of resting throughout your holiday and you will find clean towels placed every morning until your departure and please leave them there for replacement.
WE DO NOT HAVE A LIFE GUARD there by kids must always be accompanied at the pool by an adult.
The pool is opened every day from 0600hrs and its closed for treatment as from 1800hrs daily.
Emergency And Fire
In case of fire or emergency there is an escape route placed behind your door, please follow the escape route and our assembly point is by the gate.
